We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again for those in the back: Jennifer Lopez can wear anything and still make it fashion.
Lingerie as barbecue attire? Sure. Sheer pants? Obviously. A skin-tight, leggings and crop turtleneck top set in a cash money print? Apparently, yes, she can pull that off too.
Jenny from the Block proved as much when she appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday evening, wearing an ensemble that would be described as a tacky Halloween costume were it to be worn by literally anyone else.
The outfit served two purposes: First, abs (self explanatory). Second, the 48-year-old is promoting her newest single, “Dinero,” which for those of you who flunked Spanish in high school, translates to “money.” Get it now?

In her interview with Kimmel, the popstar/actress/entrepreneur opened up about her past as a high school track star, which team she’s rooting for in the NBA Finals (Golden State Warriors—go sports!), and the part you really want to hear about, her relationship with Alex Rodriguez. Specifically, about how she loves to beat him. Like, at everything.

“I’m so competitive [in] every way. I don’t know, it’s just something inside me, I’m competitive,” she explained. “When we work out I think, ‘I can beat you.’ I’m not laughing. ”
She continued, “We never challenge each other side-by-side. Like, if we go to UCLA, and we’re doing the stairs or something, in my mind, I’m like, ‘I’m killing it.’”
A. Rod, a smart man, “doesn’t even entertain my delusions” about beating him, she explained to Kimmel, because that would be a lose-lose situation.
“If he beats me, it’s over!” she kind-of joked. Who said romance is dead?
