By totally disregarding the facts, the "Uyghur Human Rights Policy Act of 2019" smeared and unreasonably criticized the human rights situation, counter-terrorism and de-radicalization measures in Xinjiang, as well as China’s policies concerning ethnic groups and religious affairs, the regional advisory body said in a statement issued on Wednesday.
