At a time when Punjab has seen a string of drug overdose deaths, Chandigarh has agreed to set up a facility to conduct dope tests on prospective grooms ahead of a marriage.
The Union Territory authorities are even ready to provide medical kits for the test, provided the groom gives his consent.
