Mike Brown returns at fullback having sat out the defeat to championship rivals Ireland due to concussion, while dynamic lock Courtney Lawes is also back after recovering from an ankle injury.
Saracens duo Alex Goode and George Kruis drop out of the match day squad to make space for Brown and Lawes, despite both having started in Dublin against Joe Schmidt’s side.
There are three further changes on the bench, as Newcastle prop Kieran Brookes, Leicester second row Geoff Parling and Northampton back row Tom Wood replace Henry Thomas, Tom Croft and Nick Easter.
