L’Équipe report tonight that Union Berlin left-back Tymoteusz Puchacz is the subject of interest from Strasbourg, with the Alsatians potentially offering a transfer in the form of a loan with an option to make the move permanent at the end of the season.
The Polish international, who was not called up for the World Cup, has played in the German capital since joining from Lech Poznań in the summer of 2021. He was then loaned out in the latter half of last season to Trabzonspor, having only made seven appearances for Union, five of which in the Conference League.

This year, he has been equally short of playing time with just three games across all competitions, and notching a goal in the DFB Pokal. The Ligue 1 side have been following him since his Poznań days, for the last two years, while Greek outfit Panathinaikos are reportedly interested as well. Puchacz remains under contract until 2025.
