PSG Sporting Director Antero Henrique and Thiago Motta’s agent Alessandro Canovi today closed an agreement for the one year contract extension of the Italian, according to RMC and Gianluca di Marzio.
Motta will then become a youth coach at PSG following the end of his new deal in June 2018.

Canovi had the following to say to RMC about the deal:
“I can confirm that Thiago will continue at PSG. It is a total agreement that does not only concern next season. Thiago is very happy at Paris. I have had a confirmation from the club representatives that there is a project with and concerning Thiago. And for Thiago, that is the most important thing.”
