Details for the transfer of Argentinian attacker Giovani Lo Celso are still being finalised, according to Rosario 12.
In any case, the local media outlet expects the deal to cost PSG in total €16m, with €13m going to Rosario Central, the player’s current side, who own 80% of Lo Celso’s economic rights.
The date of the player’s arrival is still being worked out. Will he sign for PSG this summer to be loaned back to Argentina until January 2017, or will PSG not push the transfer through at all until next year.
