There is a sense of deep pessimism about employment situation among Indian households, according to the Reserve Bank of India’s monthly Consumer Confidence Survey for September.
This index came into being in September 2012 and for the first time since then, a vast majority of respondents asserted that the employment situation in India had worsened.
