Every year, Mumbai suffers heavy rainfall bringing the financial capital to a complete standstill. It is the same old story for Mumbaikars bearing the wrath of nature year in year out. However, rains have not only affected Mumbai, even the United States’ capital Washington DC is at its receiving end. Pictures of US President Donald Trump’s residence White House’s soaked basements are proof of the mayhem caused by the heavy downpour.
