Drew McIntyre is off tonight's WWE SmackDown due to a health issue, according to Dave Meltzer.
It's unknown what the issue is and the timetable for his return.
McIntyre was in action last Sunday at WrestleMania 39 in a losing effort to WWE Intercontinental Champion Gunther and Sheamus in a three-way. The highly physical match was one of the highlights from both nights of action.

This will be the first SmackDown post-Mania and the first after the announcement that WWE will merge with Endeavor-owned UFC into a new publicly traded company.
