The cause of former WWE wrestler Sara Lee's October 2022 death was a suicide, according to an autopsy report.

TMZ reported the news Friday after obtaining a report from the Bexar County (Texas) Medical Examiner's Office which stated it was due to an ingested mix of alcohol and pills. They also reported other details on the scene.

Lee (Sarah Weston) was just 30 years old and left behind a husband (wrestler Cory Weston/Westin Blake) and three children. The two were married in 2017.

Powered by a fan vote, Lee was the female winner of the 2015 WWE Tough Enough competition, earning a $250,000 contract and an opportunity to train at the Performance Center. She wrestled less than ten times on NXT house shows before leaving WWE in 2016.
