NEWARK, NJ — Newark police continue to investigate two separate missing persons cases in the city, authorities said Monday.
Anyone with information about either case can contact the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). Anonymous tips can also be made using the Police Division’s website.
The first case involves Maurice Mccullers, 59, of Newark, who was reported missing on Aug. 21.

According to the Newark Department of Public Safety, Mccullers was last seen leaving 20 Frontage Road at 1:12 p.m. Mccullers, an African-American male, is 6 feet and 200 pounds with brown eyes and a brown complexion. He was wearing a black t-shirt, black pants and black sneakers.
The second case involves Aaliyah Bryant, 17, of Newark, was reported missing on Aug. 30.

According to the Newark Department of Public Safety, Bryant – a frequent runaway – was last seen on Aug. 29 on the 100-block of Chancellor Avenue. She was wearing a long white t-shirt and black leggings, and carrying a cross-body bag. Bryant is 5 feet 3 inches and 300 pounds, with a light-brown complexion and blonde hair. She also has a silver nose piercing and is reportedly diagnosed with Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder (DMDD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
