BLACKWOOD, NJ — A Blackwood man was charged with murder after his mother was found dead last weekend, authorities said.
Gloucester Township police received a 911 call at 10:21 a.m. Saturday about a dead woman inside a home on the 100 block of Fairmount Avenue. Officers found Lillian Doran, 65, suffering from blunt-force head trauma, according to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office.
Following an investigation, James Doran was charged with first-degree murder. Pennsylvania State Police arrested him in Bedford — a town in south-central Pennsylvania.

James Doran, 30, was placed in the Bedford County Correctional Facility, with an extradition hearing pending.
