Brazilian defender Dankler has joined RC Lens on a season-long-loan deal with the option to buy at the end of the loan from Portuguese club Estoril.
The 25-year-old, born in Salvador, joins the Ligue 2 club after making 28 appearances last season for Estoril in Liga Nos, playing predominantly at centre back but also filling as a right back on occasion.
The Brazilian joined the club from Botofogo in February of 2016, and now hopes to reach a new level in France as he and Lens aim for promotion to Ligue 1, having narrowly missed out this past season.
