According to RMC, 23 year old Brazilian defender Jemerson is closing in on a move to Ligue 1 side AS Monaco.
The player has already agreed personal terms with Monaco, and fee negotiations are ongoing between ASM and Atlético Mineiro.
A deal is likely to be reached at around €10m.
